On September 26, 2019, Michelle made a presentation to the Millinocket Town Council about Pir2Peer. The Pir2Peer presentation followed a presentation by Cindy Freeman Cyr about Partners for Peace, an organization which provides hope and help for victims of domestic violence. The two presentations dovetailed quite nicely.

The October 3 edition of the Lincoln News/Katahdin Region News carried the news article about the Pir2Peer presentation, which was met with support and approval by both the Council and many of those in the audience.
